I have been waiting for this wedding for a while. Annie and I first met when she was assistant teaching my son’s dance class. My son has autism and she was a huge part in making his experience amazing. Annie and Carson have this amazing bond so I when I heard she was engaged I absolutely had to be her photographer.

Annie met Asa on her first shift as a lifeguard. “Asa showed me the ropes and then pushed me in the pool letting me think that I pulled him in with me when in reality he just wanted a swim with me,” said Annie. They met when she was 16 and have been  in each other’s lives for ten years. Both the bride and the groom are from Cornwall, England

The weather wasn’t ideal on that September, Wednesday morning. It was drizzling essentially all day. The entire wedding party was gracious through the day and wasn’t phased by the weather in the least.

Annie & Asa have such an energy about them. I loved that when I said to Asa we were going to try a lift he asked which one. And the first dance…so stunning. I found out afterwards that it was completely improvised as well.  Congratulations, Annie & Asa. I wish you both all of the happiness in this world!
